At Civitball, we value your privacy. This policy explains what data our app collects and how it is used.

Data Not Directly Collected

Civitball does not request personal identification information such as name, email, or phone number from its users. There is no account creation system within the app. All your game progress (XP, levels, badges) is stored only in your device's local memory and is not stored on an external server by us.

Third-Party Data Collection and Sharing (AdMob)

Our app uses Google AdMob SDK to display ads. Through this service, the following types of data may be collected and shared with Google for Advertising and Marketing purposes:

  • Approximate Location: To provide ads relevant to your region.
  • Device or Other Identifiers: Technical identifiers such as advertising ID (AdID) and device model.

Data Security and Transparency

  • Encryption: All collected data is encrypted by the Google SDK during transmission using industry-standard methods.
  • Process: This data is processed to manage marketing processes in accordance with advertising network policies.

Data Deletion Request

As no user account is created in the current versions of our app and no personal data is stored server-side by us, there is no user account to delete. You can reset or turn off ad personalization on your mobile device via Settings > Privacy > Ads.

Children's Privacy

Our app is intended for users aged 13 and over. We have no intention of knowingly collecting data from young children.
